Minor Hotfix

Just quickly fixed a few minor things! Namely:
- Fixed a bug where some of the water tiles on the beach zone were walkable.
- Fixed a bug where you could walk through one specific palm tree (to no benefit, you could just do it)
- Fixed a bug where the 'Healthy' default status was displaying the icon for the 'Drunk' status.
- Fixed an issue with looking at Ria's teddybear.
