Dev's Notes: The Snake Agenda 2

As you may have noticed, this project is significantly behind the deadlines posted in the optimistic Roadmap devlog. I have no excuse for this, save that burnout and real life can be painful sometimes. But nevertheless! I'd like to post something to assure you guys that stuff is still happening. Eventually. The game is being worked on!
